A
promontory stretching into the sea and forming the farthest
south end of Phuket, Phromthep Cape is one of the island's
most inspiring vistas. The cape has tall cliffs on the
south. From the cliffs riuuing down th the boulders at
the sea is a line of palm trees. Emerald green currents
swirl in the deep water and breakers hurl themselves in
vain against the rocky point. The cape, located approximately
two kilometers from Rawai Beach, is especially crowded
in the evening, as it is a popular place to watch a spectacular sun set.
This
board show the time when the sun rise and set.
